Where's my pet?
Click DeskPet's icon in your menu bar, the cat peeking over a window, to open its care panel, or right-click the pet itself. If it has wandered off to another desktop or display, Call brings it back.
Can I have my pet on another Mac?
Yes. Install DeskPet there and sign in with the same Apple ID, and your pet comes back as you left it. Your other Macs catch up within 15 minutes, or as soon as you open DeskPet on them.
How do I sign out or delete my account?
In Settings › Account. Signing out takes your pet off that Mac and keeps it in your account. Deleting removes your account and your pet for good, on every Mac.
Can I change my pet's care style?
No, it's chosen when you adopt and stays for your pet's whole life. Cozy never leaves, Runs away leaves after about three days of neglect, and Realistic can die of neglect or, one day, old age.
Can I have more than one pet?
Not yet: DeskPet keeps one pet at a time. You can adopt again after rehoming it (in Settings, on your pet's page) or after it's gone, and past pets stay in Settings › Memories.
